CVS Education Philosophy ![]() CVS holds fostering [Character],[Skill],[Vision], as our educational philosophy. Character Successful business requires leadership which derives from a great CHARACTER by which other people are strongly influenced and moved toward the same orientation. During the CVS seminar where six teams fiercely compete against each other in an extremely tight schedule, how to keep high morale in the team is the essential point in fostering the leadership. We will also take a look at the bible to refer to a role model of Christian leadership, which you can exercise through CVS missions and activities in the church community. CHARACTER is the most important idea in our educational philosophy. Skill Acquiring knowledge about specific subjects is not the first priority in CVS seminar. How you deal with a lot of tasks in a tight schedule cooperating with your team members (team management), and how you manage the whole mission (project management) are the SKILLs that you learn through the seminar. Other skills intended are; accounting, business law, planning strategies, operation control, marketing, presentation skills, and business English by surviving on-the-spot communication with native English speakers. Vision CVS also offers a chance to consider and set a clear VISION for your life through an individual interview session with Mr. Hagiwara and some talking sessions with Japanese/American CEOs who achieved their dreams in the US. The goal setting is not necessarily constrained to the aim of your business career, but the aim of your life.
